Would not recommend. Salesman quoted me a price on a trade when I said I was gonna take the truck he changed the price. Trade in quote was $6000 changed to $2300 what a joke

Where do I start…. From the first point of contact over the phone from Elizabeth after I put in my application, I knew I made the right decision to go to John’s Auto Mart! She had helped me more in 10 minutes more than any other dealer had in 2 weeks! Every step of the way she kept me updated and was very helpful with the whole entire process! BUT the most meaningful was I chose a car that was almost undoable for my situation, so I had thought I needed to pick another vehicle, when I got to JAM for my appointment Elizabeth and the team was able to work out a deal that I would’ve never imagined. Having the car that I absolutely was to die for and everything perfectly the way I had dreamed it to be. We were all so comfortable just like being at home, from the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and keeping the kids occupied in their little lounge area!! Elizabeth truly has a talent in helping people as she would say “I’m going to be your secret Santa this year,” and boy she did not disappoint 10/10 highly recommend!!

I went to John’s Auto Mart on recommendation and sure glad I did. They didn’t have the car that I wanted but I did pick out another car. Not worth one star at all. I bought a car 5 years ago from Bridget, I totaled that car by hitting black ice. So I went back because Bridget took such good care of me. This time it was so horrible. I bought a car and literally every month my car is in the garage. My car has spent more time in a garage than in my position. I have only had the car a little over a year. And the auto marts garage is trash. They only put bandaids on things that break. They told me I needed a new transmission... Took it to 3 different transmission shops and I don't need a transmission. They all need to be recertified.

I came to JAM because they had great online selection of cars, great reviews and great prices. I was nervous to buy my first car, but Elizabeth helped me make the best decision for me. I really appreciate the attention and care Elizabeth has shown me and making me a happy car owner!

I wish I never bought a car from this dealership! I bought a 2016 Jeep Compass it is a nice looking car on the outside. In less then a month it broke down on my way home from work. The alternator belt broke, and i was stranded on a backroad. Ray, the salemen told me that the car was served before I bought it. I paid extra for the extended warranty so it paid for the repair. However, the place I had to take it to for service was terrible. The receptionist did not update me on the status of my vehicle and after having it for three day and calling several times i finally spoke with the receptionist. I was frustrated and told her that this was poor business. Supposedly, they put a new belt on. Now 5 months later I have a chirpping sound when I drive. I took my car to a well known car repair shop to get my car checked and they said the belt was old and needed to be replaced. I took it back to dealerships service center and they said nothing is wrong with it and charged me $47, because they didnt fix anything. So, now I am going to have to take it to the repair shop in town and pay to replace the belt. Best believe i will be bring the old belt back to the dealership to show them it was old after it is repaired and demand reimbursement. I just check my email and have a message from my HUM with an error code that says the Camshaft Profile Control Circuit is Low. I drive a distance to work each day and I pray everyday the car doesn't brake down again. I'm paying all this money on a car that has been a big headache for the past 5 months. Buyer beware!!!!

Initially the experience seemed fine, Tony was nice enough and he got me into a car without issues. The problems come after you take a look at the interest rates that you're being charged which are...outlandish to put it mildly. You will then be "asked" or should I say there will be a hefty charge for a warranty package that doesn't seem to do too much as I was told I would be charged 100 dollars for them to "look at" my tire that has been squealing since purchase. I get that some people (like me) are forced into using places like this in dire circumstances, but please look over what you're signing and getting yourself into shop around and find something that actually makes sense and world for you.

Friendly staff and they happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. They appeared to have a decent inventory of quality used cars for those who are not exactly sure what they want as well. I definitely recommend John's Automart!

Drove an hour and a half to meet with Elizabeth (sales person) after talking on the phone for 2 weeks about purchasing the 2010 acura zdx. I finally test drove the car. I was not happy how the car kicks hard when I accelerate. Went back to the office to discuss purchasing it and Elizabeth told me to call her the next day. I called Elizabeth the next day (Saturday) and she was with a customer and said she will call me back when she's done. I never heard back from her and I called her Monday morning. She said she was busy and by herself and someone named Tony (co-owner) broke his leg and she could not call me back. I told her that was poor customer service and that I should not have to call her back. I was paying cash (which she knew) and I did not need a loan. I decided to buy a 2016 Lexus Rx 350 where I was treated the way a customer is suppose to be treated. Terrible service and Poor Communication from Elizabeth whom represent "John Auto Mart in Bartonsville PA. If I can give her a zero I would. I would "NEVER" refer anyone to Elizabeth. She's the worst sales person I ever dealt with. Never met a person with so many excuses!!!

Whoever works there or owns the business needs to learn how to drive or get his eyesight check. You need to understand you were not driving in rural area where there were only cows and chickens on the road. You can run over any without being charged vehicular manslaughter. You were driving by a park in Jersey city. Watch women , children and elders crossing the road. Stop sign means stop and yield.
